CityTime Special Bloomberg Prosecutor

Ask United States Attorney General Eric Holder to appoint a federal special prosecutor to investigate the Bloomberg Administration and the City Council for the massive CityTime fraud.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg on Wednesday called for an almost complete $600 million refund of the fraudulent CityTime automated payroll system, reported Celeste Katz of The New York Daily News.

Mayor Bloomberg made his request for a refund in a letter addressed to Walter Havenstein, CEO of Science Applications International Corporation ; the letter has been released to the public.

2011 06 29 Michael Bloomberg Letter Saic Citytime 600M Refund

For months now, political commentator, artist, and blogger Suzannah B. Troy has also been calling for a complete refund of the taxpayer money wasted on CityTime.

The U.S. Congress also has some power to appoint a special prosecutor or special investigator, if Mr. Holder doesn't have the guts to investigate the Bloomberg-Quinn administration.

We need to take this investigation out of the hands of any city official, whose investigation budget depends on Mayor Bloomberg's or City Council Speaker Christine Quinn's oversight.

Mayor Bloomberg has previously attacked the budgets of the Manhattan District Attorney and of the Public Advocate.

For her part, Speaker Quinn still likes to use the city budget to dole out her politically-motivated special member items.

Mike Bloomberg Speaks Suzannah B. Troy’s Words SAIC Give Us 600 Mill back + Suzannah B. Troy wants even more!

http://youtu.be/ZE8gFFBSfPg Mike Bloomberg is speaking Suzannah B. Troy ’s words but I want even more money back because we threw away perfectly good pay roll systems which cost us even more tax payer money! When SAIC filed the 8K that massive red light and used the words that they were at material financial risk they knew what I was asking for and that was a full refund. Nice ex-king Mike is late to the game but finally asking for money back! Mike looked at my new blog and I included Rudy in the header because he gave us CityTime and SAIC which I dubbed the Tax Payers’s Titanic. http://bloombergrudynycgovsaiccitytime.blogspot.com/ new blog asking for full refund and payroll.

Photos by Kobi Suzannah B. Troy Rape Protest by Now Suzannah Focuses on Rape Cop Lawyers and Women Who Did Not Survive Rape: Imette St. Guillen Joe Tacopina Chad Seigel Laura Garza

We pulled down my shirt over my big black belt that says New York and it says Violence Rape Murder from Babies to Grannies global crisis

Jennifer Moore under age and drinking, like Imette  and the NYPD Rape Victim she walked out on her own sadly and unlike the NYPD rape victim she did not live to tell her story, to have a life, too grow old.
Sickening to have Tacopina representing Imette. Imette would object if she was alive but she died a horrific death nothing as awful as the NYPD Rape Victim including Joe Tacopina and Chad Seigel’s treatment of her.

http://www.youtube.com/user/Suzannahartist#p/a/u/1/wzBQWaGVp9U  Listen to the gentleman to your left’s speech in my YouTube from today.  I am very tired.  Kobi sent me many photos and I would be up all night uploading and labeling them and I don’t have the strength.   Kobi is a beautiful soul inside out.
Thanks for your beautiful hard work.  There are so  many other photos.

There is Tish James and I wish I had captured her speech.  It was fantastic!  I tell you briefly about it on my YouTube.

Laura Garza  Today’s protest was about stopping the violence but they Women left us too soon and in the most horrific of ways I wanted to honor their memories

Yu Yao’s name is on my shirt many places and on both arms....unlike the other women she was not out drinking....she was just walking and was randomly grabbed by her hair and dragged in to an alley way, rape and murdered.   She is the most recent victim of a  violent rape and murder  that I am aware of.

John Liu Wins on NYDN Poll for Who Do You Want as Mayor!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MhIqGHaADRM I don’t mention Thompson who I voted for last election but he failed to stop massive conflicts of interests along with Mike pensions pay to play + CityTime. John Liu has done more in a short time than Bill who let CityCrime flourish along with Mike and his mini-me Christine Quinn! What ever John Liu’s flaws, he has more than redeemed himself shutting down corruption although there is so much more to shut down. Quinn has been sued for not paying back rent 4 times as exposed by NYDN, she sold the great lie we needed Mike for a 3rd term to help us with the economy. Mike and Chris helped their pals and the biggest white collar crime to flourish CityCrime etc. Quinn confuses tax payers with an investment bank approving Sullivan & Cromwell the same high priced defense attorney’s Goldman Sachs uses. Get Quinn out of city gov and she will have to pay for her own defense attorney who charges $650 an hour. Put an App up for how much she and her staff are costing tax payers!

Vote for Quinn is you want Mike to have a 4th term from the golf course!

Not Dead Yet A Film Screening Presented by Paradigm Shift NYC Feminist Community

A Film Screening & Discussion to Unite the Generations:
A dramedy about life, hot flashes, and profound re-awakenings!

SUSAN HESS LOGEAIS, Writer/Producer/Star
JENNIFER L. POZNER, Founder of Women In Media & News

NOT DEAD YET brings a dramatic new perspective to a range of women’s issues rarely embraced by American cinema.

Three women join forces to revive their acting careers, only to find themselves on a quest for something far more important.  Frustrated by the lack of roles for women over 40, they decide to create their own film, starring themselves.  As the project spins out of control, so do their lives.

Prior to leaving the entertainment industry in 1990, Logeais had accomplished in 15 years what few people achieve in a lifetime. Beginning at the age of 17, the classically-trained ballerina spent a year performing with the Santa Francisco Ballet under Artistic Director Michael Smuin.

Then, in 1978, the teen began a seven-year stint during which she graced over a dozen magazine covers.  In 1984, Logeais scaled back her modeling to pursue her passion: acting. During the years that followed, she co-starred in four network television movies, a Sidney Sheldon mini-series for CBS, and episodes of “Miami Vice,” “Knightwatch,” “Spencer: For Hire,” and “Christine Cromwell.”

Finally, after years of being in front of audiences and the camera, Logeais decided to step behind the lens, and began learning the craft of screenplay writing. At the same time, she formed her own production company, Two Chicks with Cameras, and co-directed and produced a series of short films.

Then in 1992, her body rejected the breast implants she had gotten 8 ½ years earlier. Realizing how she had unwittingly inspired other women to follow her example, she convinced Allure magazine to chronicle her surgery and recovery. In addition, she appeared on a local LA television program to share her story.

Teaming up with local talent and crew, she produced her screenplay “Not Dead Yet”.  Her goal in producing the film was threefold; to see one of her screenplays produced; to star in a feature film; and to produce a story that would encourage women over 40 to embrace themselves and the wisdom their age represents.

“Not Dead Yet” was completed in early 2009 and has since screened at numerous film festivals, winning Best Feature at the Rhode Island International Film Festival and at the Baltimore Women’s Film Festival.  Subsequent projects include a short documentary entitled “Nerves of Steel, a year with The Portland Ballet,” which she recently completed; “Clay In Their Hands,” a documentary focusing on the importance of valuing women and children that is in production; and “The Emerald Tree,” an illustrated short story that is in development.

Jennifer L. Pozner is founder and executive director of Women In Media & News (WIMN), a media analysis, education and advocacy group. She is also managing editor of WIMN’s Voices, the popular group blog on women and the media. Her book, Reality Bites Back: The Troubling Truth About Guilty Pleasure TV (Seal Press, Nov. 1, 2010), grew out of WIMN’s media analysis program.

A widely published journalist, Jennifer serves on the board of editors of In These Times magazine. Her work has appeared in corporate media outlets such as Newsday, Chicago Tribune and the Boston Phoenix, independent magazines such as Ms. magazine, The American Prospect, and Bitch: Feminist Response to Pop Culture, and online media such as WomensEnews, AlterNet, and Salon, among others. Her essays have appeared in numerous anthologies. Additionally, she has served as an adviser for and has been featured in several documentary films, including “I Was a Teenage Feminist” and “Miss Representation.”

Jennifer has appeared as a media commentator on NBC, CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, ABC News Now, GRITtv, Democracy Now!, National Public Radio, and Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.” And, because she’s a sucker for punishment, she’s gone head to head with some of the most blustery boys of cable news, including Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity and Joe Scarborough.

A noted lecturer, Jennifer has spoken on women, media, politics and pop culture at more than eighty colleges across the country, on topics ranging from portrayals of women in reality television, to gender and race biases in journalistic coverage of elections, to media coverage of war, poverty and natural disasters. She conducts media literacy workshops and media trainings for women’s groups, youth, and social justice organizations.

In 2009, she was recognized as one of the New Leaders Council “40 Under 40” progressive leaders in America. In 2007, Soroptimist International of NYC honored her with their “Making A Difference for Women” Award. Still, her favorite award remains her 2006 inclusion “The Real Hot 100,” a Girls In Government project honoring young women leaders making change in their communities. Forbes named Jennifer one of “20 Inspiring Women To Follow On Twitter” in 2010. Later that year, she was amused to find her non-profit activist self alongside Tyra Banks, Martha Stewart and Vera Wang on BizTech Day’s list of “25 Influential Business Women in New York City You Should Follow on Twitter.”

No Fire Houses Closing or Teacher Lay-Offs Just Smoke Mirror and Lies Bloomberg Quinn

NYPD Rape Cop Petition, Judge Greg Carro Give the NYPD Cops Max Sentence, Read the petition and sign so far Travesty NYC Supreme Court Will Carro do the right thing?

Please copy and paste and send to everyone on the planet you can think of.
We need those rape cops behind bars!
The violence towards women from babies to grannies must stop -- it is a global crisis!!!!
Thank you for spreading the word.  These cops abused their power and their lawyers dehumanized and demonized the rape victim accusing her of everything but raping the cop.  Joe Hell Bound Tacopina and Chad Venus Fly Trap Seigel belong in jail in my opinion as well.  They raped the NYPD rape victim in court sending a message to corrupt cops to rape away.

How could Imette St. Guillen and Ann Le’s family hire an attorney that took such pleasure in crossing the line with his inappropriate questions and don’t forget Chad Seigel’s Venus Fly Trap analogy posed as a question to send a message that the rape victim was like a Venus Fly Trap, a flesh eating plant that lures it’s victim, crushes it and destroys it....a misogynist set-up!   Chad Seigel was Venus Fly Trap analogy was comparing a rape victim’s bruised vagina and all our vaginas to a Venus Fly Trap dehumanizing and dehumanizing women.

Even more girls and women will not come forward thanks to this sham of  a trial...the fix was in in.

The jury could not understand that DNA is not required and clearly as one awful juror stated...she got herself in to this situation which is blaming the victim.

Joe Tacopina The Devil’s Advocate, the most hated lawyer in NYC.

Anatomy of a Travesty, really stupid jurors who can’t seem to understand the law and watch too much CSI, misogynist jurors that blame the women for their own rapes,  and more....  http://www.nypost.com/p/news/opinion/opedcolumnists/anatomy_of_travesty_brII3TyCmViUifOBKUXsDJ

CityTime Does It REALLY Work, Was it Worth the $ Can We Have A Full Refund and than some + What about 911 Tech System? Does it work as it should? 2 billion $ Investment, Was it Worth It?

We were sold the lie by Christine Quinn that we needed Mike Bloomberg for a 3rd term to help us with the economy. Mike and Christine only helped themselves and their pals as though wrong harsh cuts are coming along with way too long aiding and abetting flawed massive money guzzling tech systems that made the largest amount of outsourced workers rich as union workers were laid off and continue you to be. City Workers that had honest and loyal served NYC for years were sent emails over Christmas you are laid off.

Was SAIC worth all the money we paid them and sub-contractors?
Ditto for the 911 Tech System.

The Bloomberg Administration and Speaker Quinn who ignored 2 investigations into CityTime be brushed aside when it took me a matter of a few hours of reading to understand we should not renew and instead we needed a full investigation so these people do not belong in office and because they are politically connected they do not have to worry about Jail Time in the this Big Time CityTime fraud.

I ask you does CityTime work.

We need to hear from City Workers on the Steps of City Hall!

May 27, 2010 I read up on CityTime for a few hours and it stunk worse than all those sewage pipes on the Lower East Side and Soho. I made this YouTube May 27 of last year! I have to pinch myself! Even the title of this tube was right on! http://youtu.be/_Tz4eMcP2LU

Christine Quinn FAILED NYers CityTime BigTime Plus Preet Bharara Why No Indictments of NYC Gov Workers That Aided and Abetted SAIC and a hierarchy of theft for so long?

DOI had head of Office of Payroll Whistle Blower Hero Richard Valchich’s letter  for 10 years and DID NOTHING?

Why didn’t Rose Gill Hearn, Mike Bloomberg and Bill Thompson do nothing when the head of OPA Richard Vaichich blew the whistle?http://youtu.be/52tEuVY9joY True or False Christine Quinn Mike Bloomberg’s puppet brushed aside 2 investigations in to CityTime and Richard Valcich's letter was compelling enough to take action ---  Quinn failed or help Bloomberg, Mark Page
SAIC enablers and don’t forget Rudy’s best friend Peter Powers a lobbyist for SAIC.  Mike acted like SAIC was heroin and Mike was a drug king pin. We want a full refund.   50 mill contract Mike was forced to cancel 2 and half weeks ago with SAIC not CityTime.  This was not discussed at Friday’s SAIC Shareholder meeting.

p.s. I left out Mark Page!!!!!!!!!!  Bloomberg appointed Mark to the MTA board and Deputy mayor Harris’s husband and their son is head of IT cozy.  Did Mark Page and Harris’s husband try and push through the SAIC MTA deal we all fought tooth and nail? The MTA decided if SAIC over ran their budget all the bills would go to the NY Gov. meaning the tax payers! Greg Mocker of WPIX reported this.  Also remember DiNapoli killed the deal and SAIC and MTA were still trying to push through that deal!

On a humorous note an admiring individual said I want to have Preet Bharara’s baby!  Trouble is a guy said that to me.   Just a moment of humor....

Scroll down to 2nd article and find this sentence....
A more damning assessment is hard to imagine - but in all the City Council oversight hearings about CityTime the past few years, no one at OPA or City Hall ever mentioned the Valcich letter.

Question from Suzannah B. Troy....

Why no indictments of any one working for NYC gov that aided and abetted CityTime and allowed CityTime to flourish all these years....?

"The CityTime project was corrupted to its core by one of the largest and most brazen frauds ever committed against the city of New York," Manhattan U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara said.

Queer Rising Rally Hundreds Turn Out Speak and March From Union Square to Stonewall!

Check out Fox 5 Coverage!!!
See Jake Goodman from Queer Rising in the video footage on the top left hand corner and click on photo to see Louis Flores from Connecting Rainbows quoting Dr. Martin Luther King!

Queer Rising rocks and yesterday from Union Sq. to Stonewall.  I want to praise Louis Flores for his Martin Luther King banner....He wanted to have the banner for our City Hall counter protest and worked until 3am on the banner and could not get down so he brought it yesterday.  So happy Fox 5 picked up his banner and this blog because it is powerful.

From Louis Flores:

Members of Connecting Rainbows demands that Sen. Dean Skelos call for a vote for – and pass – Marriage Equality Today
Wrap-Up of Yesterday’s Rally at Union Square Park and March to Stonewall
June 20, 2011  New York, NY – Yesterday, several hundred LGBT activists, allies, and religious leader supporters held a rally in Union Square Park, where leaders spoke in support of marriage equality. Activists then marched to Sheridan Square in Greenwich Village and assembled outside the historic Stonewall Inn.
At the rally, community leaders expressed their support of marriage equality and called for passage of the landmark marriage equality bill, the fate of which rests in the hands of Sen. Dean Skelos, the New York State Senate Majority Leader.
“Law has changed over time, thanks be to God – or I wouldn’t be able to vote, and I’d be still drinking from a colored water fountain,” saidRev. Jacqueline Lewis, Ph.D., an African American and the Senior Minister of Middle Collegiate Church. “Good people of moral conscious change unjust laws.”
The rally and march was organised by the LGBT equality group, Queer Rising, and had been endorsed by many groups, includingConnecting Rainbows.Link to YouTube video of Rally and March : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nesg4Napq58About LGBT Civil Rights :Marriage is a vehicle that society uses to distribute rights, benefits, and equality.  One way for LGBT Americans to access equal rights would be to be allowed to legally marry.  Another way, which would work concurrently, would be to outlaw discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity by amending the Civil Rights Act of 1964.About Connecting Rainbows’ other efforts in support of Marriage Equality in New York State :
  • In April 2011, members of Connecting Rainbows confronted New York State Sen. Shirley Huntley over her civil rights record. See video link :  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WrPzVYwK4aE   When she was young, Sen. Huntley has said that she participated in the civil rights march from Selma to Montgomery.  Yet, in 2009, Sen. Huntely voted "No" on the marriage equality bill, which would have granted same-sex couples the same 1,324 legal protections that opposite-sex couples already have.  Less than two months after the confrontation by members of Connecting Rainbows, Sen. Huntley made a public pledge to switch her “No” vote on marriage equality to a “Yes” vote.
  • In June 2011, members of Connecting Rainbows began an effort to build a coalition of progressive religious leader allies in the spirit of social and economic justice. A demonstration for social and economic justice by that new coalition was held in City Hall Park on June 14, 2011.  See video link : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rU0-a7eiaG4

About Connecting Rainbows : Connecting Rainbows is a group is a democratic collective of LGBTQ activists and allies, with no hierarchy.  The group’s mission is to create a mass movement, demanding full civil rights for LGBT Americans, and its members organise civil rights walks and other actions.  Connecting Rainbows uses the power of a social media platform, where people create online profiles, meet others, plan events, join groups, blog, and participate in online forums.  Visit : http://connectingrainbows.ning.com/

Mayor Bloomberg LGBT Contradictions SAIC Dad's Day Battle for Brooklyn

from this blog posting....

All the festive celebrations are causing some reporters (like Brian Moylan) to forget, and some people (like Mayor Bloomberg) to lie about, the secret that Mayor Bloomberg would like to keep hidden in his gay marriage closet : the fact that in 2005 Mayor Bloomberg ordered lawyers for New York City to appeal the trial court ruling issued by New York Supreme Court Judge Doris Ling-Cohen, who decided that marrying the person of one's own choosing was both a privacy right and a liberty right.
If he really believed in marriage equality, why did Mayor Bloomberg appeal Judge Ling-Cohen's ruling ?http:http://no-third-term.blogspot.com/2010/12/bloomberg-gay-marriage-closet.html
