I answer questions on customer service almost every day so see the worst in customer service punch a patient -- patients rights violated and for over 3 years now LYING....I even got a patient this past weekend letting me know Dr Fagelman's office telling "THEIR" side -- how professional is that?  Not admitting the truth and lying as a group....
