I think of Native Americans, I think of Mexican Immigrants as I honor our Jewish Heritage here in the USA and now a vegan so I am experimenting with my own recipes....
I looked at PETAS and all kinds of wonderful folks of all ethnic backgrounds who have vegan recipes on YouTube and than decided to make my own!
These are cooked in oil and right now I am testing baking them.
I used a good whole wheat flour since the potatoes are so moist, onions, baking soda, I don't measure, I just guess, vegan egg replacer that has good nutritionally elements, a dash of cayenne pepper, seasoning and yes SALT!
