It is imperative that you (the USDA) deny renewal of Hugo Liebel's USDA license 58-C-0288 for Nosey the elephant, which is set to expire at the end of January 2015. Each of the nearly 200 citations separately might not be significant but for any one individual to amass that many violations suggests that Mr. Liebel chooses not to accept the responsibilities inherent to holding a license."

ps I believe G-d sees all -- the abuse of animals is not OK. Noah's ark has a clear message that our lives and animals lives are dependent on each other. How the USA can allow the abuse the abuse of elephants tortured into submission and exploited is worse than shameful.
