I have to get painful injections in both knees and did so before I was savagely attacked by Dr Andrew Fagelman's receptionist office manager Delita Hooks and the NYPD and IAB fixed it like they were getting Viagra from Dr Fagelman and also sending me a whistle blower a message.




I had three of these before I was attacked.   I also had neck pain before Delita Hooks 135 pounds grabbed my hair and would not stop pulling --- she slapped me twice and did a long running punch as I backed away -- can you tell I am traumatized so finally I used her momentum to get her down and yet the violent liar would not let go and pulled my hair further damaging my neck.

I start new injections because I am wobbling a bit sometimes I lose balance from my knees very tight lateral leg compartment and HUGELY swollen achilles tendons.

I have to work out though because I can't stop over eating from the assault and have gained a lot of weight after a sharp drop when  the NYPD started threatening me committing the crime of coercion on behalf of the MD's office since Dr Fagelman did not fire Delita Hooks.

My neck and eye are damaged permanently and I can only get epidurals which is not what I want.  I need more physical therapy so we begin a new fight next year.  The NYPD and IAB damaged me also traumatized and taught me first hand how corrupt the NYPD and IAB are protecting NYPD officers committed crimes which in this case was on behalf of Delita Hooks who filed a false cross complaint and also threatened me a in a letter to her NYPD friends/fixers with yet a 2nd false cross complaint if I come back -- her victim and dare to have her arrested.  She is very confident for some reason the NYPD will not arrest her for 2 false cross complaints.

In my opinion Dr Andrew Fagelman is an evil little man who like the corrupt cop and Delita aka Delite can be charming when it suits him but is an amoral creep proof he didn't fire he and apologize and compensate me for the damage to my property including an earring and iPhone and pay for all the MD bills and for the trauma now multiply by 100 for the false cross complaint and the NYPD and IAB's role.

 Google Dr Fagelman assault and watch me being savagely assaulted.  The NYPD fixed this violent crime by Dr Fagelman's receptionist office manager and the NYPD committed the crime of Coercion as well as I allege fabrication of evidence.  The NYPD did not arrest Delita Hooks for a false cross complaint but made it over and than sealed her crime with their own and in under a year. 

Lt. Anges of the Integrity Bureau -- try not to laugh because the Integrity Bureau has no integrity and it isn't funny would not return my calls.  He didn't believe I would go to the Feds. I have.  Eventually I do believe we will get a new Commission in to NYPD and Internal Affairs corruption and I will testify against them all. I am suing the NYPD and IAB including Ray Kelly and Chief Campisi and all involved who's names I could names and badge numbers were withheld from me including by top brass and Internal Affairs. 

In my opinion ---  I believe I was retaliated against by the NYPD and Internal Affairs for being a whistle blower and in my opinion I believe Dr Fagelman called 1800 NYPD fix it and I had a private investigator ask Dr Fagelman if he spoke to the police. He refused to comment and Det Vergona said the NYPD wouldn't speak to any MD's because they didn't witness the attack.  My MD's assistant witness Delita Hooks coming out from behind a long closed off desk menacing me and they wouldn't talk to her.  Det Vergona refused to meet with me and and told me he didn't care if I had two black eyes.  He was verbally abusive and verbally violent and would only meet me to false arrest me if I agree to wait until the Sabbath 19 days after the attack with a hole in my retina and damage cervical spine.  I asked Arrest the Jew on the Sabbath? Are you anti-Semitic?  Det Vergona did not respond.  Ray Kelly and Charles Campisi are defending Det John Vergona -- IAB let him retire and clearly Ray Kelly believes coercing victims of crime is okay? This YouTube has 18,000 views and if you watch Delita Hooks comes 10 or maybe it is 20 feet down the hall --- you will see locked doors -- they are the men and women's bathrooms where she comes after me…   Everyone except the women in the video, Dr Fagelman's pals and corrupt NYPD and corrupt Internal Affairs agree this video proves I was savagely attacked and the NYPD and IAB fixed it and Internal Affairs is a disgrace as well as their is something very wrong with Dr Andrew Fagelman for not firing Delita Hooks.

Thanks and gratitude for helping me 1 year and one month to the day Oct 1, 2012 when Delita Hooks tried everything but murder to harm me and continues to lie blaming me for her violence and has yet to be arrested for assault and a false cross complaint.  Thanks to you she can never get away with this again and she is a mother so it is horrifying to think she could have done this to her daughter or a family member but she can't anymore and in my opinion this was not her first violent attack. 

The NYPD rushed to seal her false cross complaint with their crime of Coercion and IAB has not commited a crime of covering up coercion in my opinion.

I have had very little sleep and it is almost almost 1 month since my Father died Nov 2 so today Subday is a special memorial gathering of Orthodox Jews, Rutgers People, Family Friends and my High School Art Teacher who is my treasured friend all these years.
