I was savagely attacked at the MD's office Dr FAgelman's receptionist and office manager and no one taught Delita Hooks right from wrong including her employer who did not fire her.
I have damaged to my retina from the running punch to my eye....and than she grabbed my hair

Thanks to Rudin Greed there is no trauma level one hospital in the West Village with a rape crisis center and AIDS care but the family so wealthy and connected they can get an award for anything!!!!

Her fixers never contacted me and Det Vergona demanded immediate arrest icy 16 and than when he knew I would sue he demanded Saturday arrest instead I asked are you anti Semitic all under Ed Winski 's reign.
Amazing because Ed Winski who I am suing I allege took calls from the rich like Michael Rawson of the mercer hotel who wanted Vetetan vendors wiped off the sidewalk but my protest of Rawson got Rawson removed? Ed and michael aren't Veterans like my Decorated WW2 Vet Dad who died knowing about Ray Kelly Charles Campisi and all involved although some names and all badge numbers withheld except IAB Mary o'Donnell who promised to return my notes and did not. Maybe she didn't want anyone to see she lead me to believe Det Andy Dwyer 's named spelled drier. If internal affairs Bureau is not corrupt than where are the arrests including my attacker assault and a false cross-complaint and why is the police department still preventing me from upgrading the attack to second-degree assault and why is the police department still preventing me from reporting a false cross-complaint which was obvious to any honest cop that looked at the video?
Det Vergona left out in his dd5 I had a right to defend myself and I did without ever putting down my bags minimal to get her off me - I never made contact with her left thigh.
