NYPD App Is It A Crime to Wish I could Hack?

Looked at 01 Precinct stats.
Lies!!! I was violently assaulted corrupt precinct made that go away!!!!!

NYPD Stats like a Las Vegas Casino the fix is in.

Wish I could hack the App and stick link to me being violently assaulted by Dr Andrew Fagelman's reception who came out from a long closed off desk to stalk and menace me. She hit me three times before I defended myself.

I am legally allowed to have that wish?
