Dr Andrew Fagelman may win the award for the most violent receptionist office manager in NYC and the entire USA. I call Delita Hooks the Jodi Arias of medical reception desks and when I was there at 155 Spring St. there was no name plates or pins identifying who works for who and the name of each individuals like the women in the video yelling, "No Dee, don't do it." I was told they all lied to the NYPD on Delita Hooks behalf.
Saturday morning I went to see the Eye Surgeon and got more bad news. Dr Andrew Fagelman's violent Delita Hooks aka "Delite" as told to me by the receptionist who sits next to her when I called from the First Precinct where I went right after Dr Fagelman's receptionist punched me that the woman Dr Vine's receptionist said I don't know her first name and last name just that she is called Delite but FYI when Delita Hooks committed yet another crime the next day filing a false cross complaint she had my name! Talk about violating a patient's body, their rights, and their privacy since I was Dr Vine's patient.
Well the gruesome news is the laser repair to the hole Delita Hooks running punch made to my eye wasn't enough to solve the problem because scar tissue has formed but worse it is growing.
I have an appt in three months but if I start to see more flashing lights, floaters, or lose vision of course it becomes an urgent medical issue and it won't be laser surgery like last time.
Very upsetting. Today I go to the upper east side to see the neck doctor regarding far more stiffness and numbness in my hands and on the sides of my arms since Dr Andrew Fagelman's receptionist office manager Delita Hooks savagely attacked me as well as punching me ripping at my hair damaging my neck which was at age 50 already a mess but now far worse.
Dr Fagelman did not fire Delita Hooks but paid her for her time. I do have a letter from my health insurance company that they spoke to Dr Fagelman's representative about how to treat a customer.
I am a vicim of in my opinion corrupt NYPD fixing me being violently assaulted.
