At 5:00pm Sunday January 1, 2012 an on site visit to Deutsche Bank at 60 Wall Street the public space/atrium revealed a small number of people at tables, the space patrolled by 2 black uniformed security guards supervised by a civilian woman with a walkie talkie radio. There were no uniformed NYPD officers present.
