Rudy Giuliani has a lot of explaining to do

Have  Rudy explain his role and Peter Powers SAIC.  Why did Rudy throw out AutoTime for the tax payer’s Titanic CityTime.  Why are his ex deputy mayors and lawyer for NY Pensions all lobbyists on tech deals were the contractors or sub-contractors were over billing and or stealing?  Any ideas....maybe the answers explain how Rudy made 3o million plus after leaving office?
