FYI: NYPD 2012 parking placards all not in yet and it is almost February but this is Saturday on St. Marks with the guy smoking and using an illegal out dated placard for his "official biz".....any ideas why are taxes are higher and no one wants to leave NY gov jobs where we have the largest corruption and crooks ever in NYC history possible most especially Bloomberg and every tech contract...ho hum.
