Occupy Wall Street Court Protest City Council Man may press charges against arresting officers
Washington Heights' Ydanis Rodriguez
"I have no doubt that I did nothing wrong that day when I was arrested, but if we go to a jury, I am ready to respond to any questions, and I know at the end of the day all these cases, all these charges should be dismissed because they cannot be sustained," said Rodriguez.
The councilmember’s attorney said he hasn't ruled out filing charges against the arresting officers.
Rodriguez is due back in court on March 9 to hear whether the judge grants his motion to dismiss the charges against him.
