Says here Steve Levin earns a dollar an hour....is that why he thinks he is Mike Bloomberg above the law and does not pay his parking tickets while the Little People of NYC have to or else!

Remember City Council gave themselves a raise and approved the NYPD starting
salary be lowered? Even critics of the NYPD sad bad idea!
