King Mayor Bloomberg Deposed Twice In Court 3rd Term?

Stay tuned folks because Gerald Shargel and Barry Bohrer may take-over where Dennis Vacco left off and they could call Rudy Giuliani, his deputy mayors who happen to be lobbyists, the famous Richard Valcich who wrote the heroic whistle blowing letter and now has zero to say!

Bloomberg, Team Bloomberg suffered amnesia during the Haggerty trial and Mark Page, Rose Gill Hearn and Christine Quinn (who brushed aside 2 investigations in to CityTime) , Mike's unofficial deputy mayor, Mrs. Bloomberg, his mini-me as well as Bill Thompson (his name with Mike's on the bottom of every page of Valcich's letter) could all be called.

Oh and Mike committed perjury as well as broken campaign laws wiring money out of his personal bank account but One Term Cy Vance wasn't going to do anything about that!  Cy gave them all immunity although perjury isn't covered and none of them including Patti Harris waved immunity!  Why didn't they?
Hardee har.

Any ideas on why they delay this trial I dubbed "CityTime The Trial of the Century, Next Century" and no arrests of any NYC gov officials or top SAIC officials who um er happen to be named law suits by their own shareholders re: CityTime!  Ho hum....

Excerpt:
During his nearly three-hour summation, Vacco's voice rose frequently as he painted Bloomberg and his aides as profligate spenders who were willing to pay any price to secure a third term in office.
According to Vacco, Bloomberg's $105 million campaign budget meant that money was flowing to consultants with virtually no oversight -- and the poll-watching funds were no exception.
"It was indeed -- for the richest man in New York City -- a win-at-all-costs campaign," Vacco said. "Why is that important? It's important because the win-at-all-costs mentality means that nobody from that campaign, from Michael Bloomberg on down, relied on a budget that John Haggerty presented.""
