Gartner Group No Advice on Stealing

The tsunami of tech disasters under Bloomberg staggering with many accidently over billing tax payers of nyc mega billions to a billion -- oopsie.

Think ECTP 911, CityTime, NYCAPS, 311, board of elections, etc. (short list)...

Bloomberg rewarded a culture of failure and a common thread Gartner in my opinion over billing us as well but never did the simple 4th grade math we were robbed.

All high priced consultants Gartner not the only one did not notice HP had no 911 experience and their lousy job?

How could they mega billing us for in my opinion lamo advice.
