In my opinion I was violently assaulted === without surgery I would have gone blind -- she damaged my already messed up neck pulling and pulling on my hair including from the floor as she put her foot in my groin. A very sick violent woman and she can fake nice but Dr. Fagelman did not fire her and paid her for her time.
Everyone I spoke to at HIP Emblem along with the medical community are stunned by Delita Hooks violent assault, Dr Fagrlman's role and The NYPD detectives but the letter from HIP Emblem shameful. They spoke to Delita Hooks who said my MD moved out as if my MD was responsible for Delita Hooks verbal abuse violent hand gestures that provoked me to get our my video camera.
I will appeal their shameful pathetic investigation.

FYI: You walk in there -- there are no name tags -- there is nothing to distinctions who works for whom! The first person u see is Delita Hooks sitting there behind a long closed off counter.

She filed a false cross complaint.
She mislead HIP Emblem who wanted to be mislead. They did not want to be bothered.
