Thanks and gratitude for all that looked at this horrific violent attack which began with Delita Hooks verbal assault from behind the counter provoking me to get help but my MD was already back in with a patient.
When she got out from the counter to menace me and got between me and the door still clear she had no idea she did anything wrong I started to film.
Almost 8 months later The Jodi Arias of medical reception Delita Hooks still has no idea she did anything wrong thanks to corrupt cops and in my opinion evil Dr Fagelmen quite a risk taker leaving a liability like Delita Hooks at the front desk when Starbucks would have fired her.
The injuries severe and still receiving treatment. Without eye surgery blindness and there is now scar tissue.
Everyone asks me why corrupt cops protecting Dr Fagelman and Delita Hooks. Do you think Dr Fagelman picked up the phone and called more than his lawyer who wrote an interesting letter for Delita Hooks to sign and I hear her medical reports handed to the NYPD very interesting since I barely touched her.

Oct 16 and Nov 20 I am prevented from reporting Delita Hooks filed a false cross complaint and that is a serious crime.
