I had to get laser surgery or go blind due to a running punch you see the beginning of in the video as I stood there in shock at her escalating abusive, provocative unprofessional behavior.
She was so out of line she a) provoked me to get help and b) provoked me to get out my camera when I could not get to Dr. Vine who was already in with another patient.

I am in shock and this morning I learned Dr. Andrew Fagelman's receptionist office manager Delita Hooks violently assaulted me and despite all the photo documentation, the video and medical reports due to cunningly NYPD fixing, evil lies with Delita Hooks at the forefront no arrest -- there is more to this story and I have some more info but for now I am shock to learn I now have scar tissue in the back of the eye from the a violent liar, a truly bully who attacked me for no good reason as I held my bags one was heavy on my left shoulder my left arm numb from 2 injections and I held my iphone in my right hand.
Delita Hooks is like a Jodi Arias but she has not murdered anybody yet?
But look at those involved on her behalf....that is very interesting.
Well I am really shocked and angry with Dr Andrew Fagelman who in my opinion is a little evil man and although there are group involved and they have my info --- I believe Delita Hooks violated my patient information but I know she violated my patient rights and my body. It was a group medical office with no name plates defining who works for who but I can tell you in my opinion Delita Hooks is an evil lying violent creature and there are plenty of yelp reviews slamming dr. fagelman and his staff and warning others to not go there.
I am suffering extreme exhaustion.....this mornings medical visit was a shocker and because of the assault and related issues that came up yesterday I didn't do certain things I needed to -- this evil done by Delita Hooks and all involved has greatly harmed my life.
I pray to G-d all are punished and served karma for their role.
